On the 31st of October, the UK and the EU were about to leave the European Union. If the British Parliament approves the agreement, the member states will leave for the first time in the history of the EU. However, the British Parliament has never rejected the proposed withdrawal agreement three times, so it cannot be foreseen whether this agreement will be approved.
EU executive head, European Commissioner Yunker, announced on his Twitter today that "We have reached an agreement. It is a fair and balanced agreement for the EU and the UK." British Prime Minister Johnson also tweeted that a new agreement was reached.
The biggest key to the debate of the British Parliament is the arrangement for British and Northern Ireland. Opinions within the parliament persist around the treatment of Ireland and the land of Northern Ireland. Parliamentary deliberation is scheduled for 19th.
