Overtime for medical students in El Salvador?

The Supreme Court of El Salvador will have to decide whether to approve the decree that seeks to pay overtime to medical students who are studying for their social year in the public social service, this being a requirement for them to graduate. After having been approved by the Legislative Assembly, the Government presented the appeal to the Supreme Court to study the feasibility of the measure, as it ensures that the deputies do not have the power to modify the budget.
