Israeli forces demolished the village of al-Araqib, located in the Negev region in the occupied Palestinian territories in 1948 for the 167th time.
Ma'an News Agency reported that the Israeli occupation forces stormed the village with a number of bulldozers, demolished Palestinian houses and tents and displaced their families.
The residents of al-Araqib village continue their battle to hold steadfastness on their land, rebuild their homes and erect tents again, stressing their rejection of the plans of the occupation authorities, which demolished dozens of villages in the occupied Palestinian territories in 1948 with the aim of displacing their inhabitants and seizing their lands, estimated at hundreds of thousands of dunums, as part of its plan to Judaize these villages.
