London-Sana
British Prime Minister Boris Johnson has pledged to complete his exit from the European Union.
"In the election program of the Conservative Party, I will bring the agreement out to parliament again before Christmas and without further delay," Johnson was quoted as saying today at the start of the election program at a convention center in Telford.
Less than three weeks to go until Britain's general election on Dec. 12, both the ruling Conservative Party and the opposition Labor Party are seeking to attract more votes by offering different visions of the country's future and pledging to increase spending.
The election is taking place after three years of negotiations with the European Union on Brexit, and for the first time will show the extent of the political divide caused by the exit issue.
