The Syrian film Nahari Bahri by Muhannad Kalthoum won the Best Director Award at the 4th Marrakech International Festival for the Exchange of Cultures in Morocco.
The film, written by Samer Mohamed Ismail, is about a girl who falls in love with a fisherman on the beach against the backdrop of the terrorist war.
The film is starring the artists Abdelmoneim Amairi, Suhair Saleh, Mariam Ali, the child Sandy Ganoub, director of photography for Nael Turkmani, editing and graphic Noureddine Kurdi, production director Mogheeth Deeb, director of lighting Duraid Rahal, director of the innocence of Zureik, Mohamed Khattab, photographer Muhannad Beida, Hala Laham makeup and Sarah Al Arend makeup.
It is noteworthy that this is the third prize for the film after receiving the best director at the International Film Festival of light in Morocco and the audience award at the National Festival of Cinema and the environment in Morocco.
