Weather Overview: The weather in Hong Kong is fine today, and the weather is significantly cooler. The minimum temperature in the urban area is about 16 degrees, and the New Territories is two or three degrees lower. It is very dry during the day and the maximum temperature is about 21 degrees. Winds moderated to a fresh north wind and strong winds offshore.
