It was reported that Liang Weite, who was competing for the throne of the Chief Executive with He Yicheng, will leave the post of Secretary for Economic Affairs and Finance, and will be replaced by Li Weinong, the current vice chairman of the Management Committee of the Urban Services Department. The Director of the Department of Social Culture is Ouyang Yu, the current Director of the Identification Bureau, the Assistant Commissioner of Public Prosecutions Chen Zijin is the Commissioner of the Independent Commission Against Corruption, the Director of the General Police Department is promoted by the Director of the Public Security Police Department, Liang Wenchang, and the Commissioner of Customs is promoted directly by Deputy Commissioner Huang Wenzhong.
The former Commissioner of Independent Commission Against Corruption Zhang Yongchun was transferred to the position of Director of the Administrative and Legal Department, Huang Shaoze, Director of the Security Department, Luo Liwen, Director of the Transportation Engineering Department, He Yongan, Auditor General, and Ye Xunsheng, Procurator General of the Procuratorate.
