The observatory issued a red fire hazard warning last morning, indicating that the fire is extremely dangerous. Hong Kong was quite dry, with relative humidity dropping to 39% or below. Among them, a mountain fire broke out at 5 o'clock yesterday afternoon, and the burning has not been extinguished in the early hours of today (December 5). The line of fire was once 700 meters long. Mountain fire is also clearly visible in the area of the Tai Lam Tunnel interchange station and Chong Shan New Village in Yuen Long. Firefighters were constantly on the move, dragging their throats and climbing fires. As of 7 pm yesterday (4th), the Fire Services Department had received 13 reports of wildfires.
