In the absence of the ability to build an annual budget, the subsidy for the "School of Holidays" program for the coming holiday was canceled, following the use of a budget for special education reform.

The program made it possible to hold classes in grades one through three for five days, under state subsidy. At the same time, some cities have announced that they are lifting the glove and subsidizing the program themselves, which has previously successfully registered and facilitated many parents. What are the same municipalities, which municipalities on alternative programs and the other, who have announced that they will not participate in subsidy instead of the state?
