Ramat Gan - a full subsidy for the activities of the Emanuel House

Ramat Gan announced that they will absorb the cost of subsidy to parents, which is about NIS 600,000, even though the municipality did not receive a budget for this activity from the state. However, the subsidy will only be for students who are enrolled in "Emanuel House" activities.

In Ramat Gan, the holiday school will be held for five days, from December 24 to 30. Children who take part in the annual activity, both at lunchtime in kindergartens and at "Nitzanim Plus" in schools, are not required to pay extra for the Chanukah activity.

Children who are not enrolled in Emanuel House activities can enroll in the school's activities for the following costs:

Jerusalem - Alternative plans for two days during the holiday

In Jerusalem, they announced the establishment of alternative programs to ensure an educational framework for the children. According to the Jerusalem Municipality, the program includes the establishment of dedicated children's frames during the Chanukah holiday, on Thursdays, December 12 to December 24, from 8 am to 3 pm, at symbolic cost and with city support. The children who come from the buds during the year will continue until 16:00.

In state and religious education, frameworks will be implemented in schools and kindergartens, and the parents' participation will amount to only NIS 80, over what has already been paid during the year for this service. In special education too, the amount of parental participation will amount to NIS 80. The difference will be subsidized by the Jerusalem Municipality.

Ashdod - Partial subsidy of the program

Ashdod announced that the holiday camps for the afternoon children will be held despite the lack of budgeting. The Ashdod Municipality, in cooperation with the local faction and the Urban Recreation Society, say they are working to prevent the Chanukah camp being canceled due to the lack of government budgets. In the meantime, it was decided to hold the camp from December 24-30 at the subsidy of the municipality with an additional NIS 90 per child per period. The municipality also added that the subsidy is for the afternoon children enrolled for the holidays, so the collection will be made automatically.

Gaza Envelope - Ministry of Education will fund the program

The municipality emphasized that enrollment for children enrolled during the entire year is automatically approved, while enrollment for unregistered students is on a vacancy basis. It will close on December 8. The municipality also emphasized that breakfasts are the responsibility of the parents.

Haifa Municipality - Subsidized scheme for children of the noonim and Nitzanim program
