(CNN) - After President Donald Trump called it “two-sided,” Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau admitted Wednesday that he and other world leaders were talking about the president of the United States when they were captured by the camera at an event at Buckingham Palace last night.

The video, which has gone viral, shows United Kingdom Prime Minister Boris Johnson, French President Emmanuel Macron, Trudeau and Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte, who seem to laugh at Trump's behavior during the summit. But none of the leaders explicitly named Trump.

“Last night I referred to the fact that there was an unscheduled press conference before my meeting with President Trump. I was happy to be part of it, but it was certainly remarkable, ”Trudeau said during a press conference on Wednesday.

Trudeau said he was not worried that his comments could impact the relationship between the United States and Canada, but Trump reacted angrily on Wednesday and called Trudeau "two-sided," before adding, "honestly, with Trudeau, it's a good type".

Trump also canceled his own press conference scheduled for the end of his trip to the NATO summit. The president was picked up by a microphone on after the cancellation, saying: “Oh, and then you know what they will say. 'He didn't do a press conference.' That was fun when I said the guy had two faces, you know that. ”

The 25-second clip, which went viral and was first reported by CBC, begins with Johnson asking Macron why he was late.

"Is that why you were late?" Johnson asked.

Macron nodded, and Trudeau replied: "He was late because he takes ... a 40-minute press conference."

At no time in the video, leaders mention Trump by name, but Trudeau's comment seemed to refer to Trump's long comments to the press during his previous meeting on Tuesday.

None of the leaders seemed to realize that the conversation was being recorded, although they spoke openly and loud enough to be heard by others.

"I just saw his team's jaws fall to the ground," Trudeau also seems to say in a moment.

The microphones could only capture fragments of the conversation at the reception, to which the press had limited access.

Trudeau said during his press conference that the comment was made in reference to Trump's announcement during his bilateral meeting that the next G7 summit will be held at Camp David.

“Each different leader has teams that occasionally (they are speechless) for unscheduled surprises, such as that video, for example,” said Trudeau.

Trump also criticized Trudeau for the fact that Canada currently does not meet NATO’s 2% defense spending objective.

"The truth is that I pointed out the fact that he is not paying 2% and I suppose he is not very happy," Trump said, adding that "he should be paying 2%" and that Canada "has money."

"I imagine you're not so happy, but that's the way it is," Trump said.

A spokeswoman for Macron at the Elysee Palace told CNN that “they had no comments. This video says nothing special. ”

A spokesman for Rutte also told CNN that he does not comment on closed sessions.

Crash with Macron

Trump's one-on-one meeting with Macron was remarkably tense as the French president refused to back down with the comments Trump called "unpleasant" and "insulting." Last month, Macron described NATO as suffering from "brain death" caused by American indifference toward the long-standing alliance.

But the two leaders seemed to be on good terms as they walked together along the road that led to 10 Downing Street for another reception after the meeting in the palace. It seemed that Trump had given Macron a ride in his caravan vehicle commonly known as "the beast."
