The Law Reform Commission's Sexual Offences Review Subcommittee, chaired by Deng Leqin, a senior barrister, published three consultation papers on the review of substantive sexual crime issues in September 2012, November 2016 and May 2018. The Law Reform Commission published a report in April 2019 recommending a new crime of voyeurism and a new crime of photographing underskirts without consent.
