The Hospital Authority released yesterday's data on the use of public hospital services. There were 5,501 emergency room visits for the first time throughout the day, an increase of 262 from 5,239 the previous day (5 days), of which 983 were transferred to the internal medicine department through the emergency room.
The occupancy rate of hospital beds in the hospital continued to be full. The overall occupancy rate of the 16 hospitals with internal medicine reached 101%, of which Caritas Hospital and Queen Elizabeth Hospital both occupied 117%, becoming "double champions". The rate is 82%, which is also the highest in Hong Kong public hospitals.
