Rescuers arrived to rescue the victim. He was dying at the time and was taken to Tseung Kwan O Hospital where he was unconscious and died.
Police investigations confirmed that the surname of the deceased was Xu (19 years old). No suicide note was seized at the scene, but initially believed to be suspicious. He is investigating the cause of his fall to the sea. A post-mortem will be performed to determine the cause of death.
