(CNN Spanish) - On November 17, the 102nd anniversary of the birth of Mexican singer and actor Pedro Infante was celebrated. And as a coincidence, it was the press event of the launch of the film “As fallen from the sky”, with Omar Chaparro and Ana Claudia Talancón, which will premiere on the Netflix platform worldwide on December 24.

The appointment was at the luxury Four Seasons hotel in Mexico City, where we talked with the co-producer of the film who gives life to Pedro Guadalupe Ramos, an imitator of Pedro Infante, and Ana Claudia Talancón, who gives life to Raquel , his wife.

Chaparro's character will be key in Pedro Infante's attempt to redeem himself.

In the film, the interpreter of "Amorcito Corazón" has been in limbo for more than 60 years, since his controversial love past has not allowed him to reach heaven, despite all the happiness he generated in life.

After pleading with his guards to have one more attempt to earn his entrance to paradise, he receives a unique opportunity and is sent back to earth in the body of his impersonator, Pedro Guadalupe Ramos, to solve his complicated life.

But achieving it will not be easy because Pedro Guadalupe's marriage is about to end because he was unfaithful with Samantha (Stephanie Cayo), who is cousin of his wife Raquel (Ana Claudia Talancón). However, Infante, in the body of his imitator, falls in love with Raquel at first sight and will do anything to prove that he is a new man, straighten Pedro Guadalupe's marriage and avoid any temptation that prevents him from reaching heaven.
