A worker in the General Electricity Company of Hasaka was injured today during a repair of an electrical transformer in the city center.
The company’s general manager, Eng. Anwar Okleh, stated to a reporter to SANA that the technical worker, Mohamed Al-Hanash, suffered burns to the limbs and face of the third degree as a result of the explosion of the electrical board in the transformer of Al-Thawra Park in the city center during its repair, where he was treated to the updated medical center in the city and provided first aid.
A worker in the General Electricity Company of Al-Hasakah died last February while he was repairing a technical fault in the Al-Zaytoun neighborhood of Qamishli.
