Arafat Arpa'iya, the accused of rape and the murder of the late Uri Ansbacher, on Sunday refused to admit the action at a hearing in the Jerusalem District Court, even though his lawyer Riyad Su'ad acknowledged the attributes attributed to him. Remember, Ansbacher's body was found in the Ein Yael forest in southeastern Jerusalem in early February this year, after being raped and stabbed. After determining the background for a nationalist event, the security forces began hunting for the operation, and after several hours, Arpa'iya was arrested near the mosque in al-Bira.

However, the evidence against Arpaia is considered to be strong, with police having DNA evidence that actually ties it. In addition, Arpaya himself admitted during his investigation into the act, though he returned it to the police.
