Arafat Arpa'iya, the accused of rape and the murder of the late Uri Ansbacher, on Sunday refused to admit the action at a hearing in the Jerusalem District Court, even though his lawyer Riyad Su'ad acknowledged the attributes attributed to him. But when asked by the judge whether he confessed to the actions, Arpaia did not respond to a question and asked to speak to his family over the phone.

Following Arpaia's conduct - the confession advanced by his lawyer was not carried out, and his trial will continue. Remember, Ansbacher's body was found in the Ein Yael forest in southeastern Jerusalem in early February this year, after being raped and stabbed. After determining the background for a nationalist event, the security forces began hunting for the operation, and after several hours, Arpa'iya was arrested near the mosque in al-Bira.

However, the evidence against Arpaia is considered to be strong, with police having DNA evidence that actually ties it. In addition, Arpaya himself admitted during his investigation into the act, though he returned it to the police.

After the incident, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu referred to the murder and capture of Arpa'yeh, saying: "I congratulate the Shin Bet and the YMF who captured the abominable murderer who murdered the late Uri Ansbacher within hours. Israel's long hand reaches everyone who offends us and comes with it. On my behalf and on behalf of Israel, I would like to extend my condolences to the Ansbacher family and strengthen them with their heavy grief. "

President Reuven (Ruby) Rivlin also addressed the arrest, adding: "On my behalf and with Israel, I want to thank the security forces, all of them, for capturing the dumb and nasty terrorist who committed the horrific murder of Uri Ansbacher ZL," President Rivlin said.

Ansbacher herself was a national service member, and was 19 at the time of her death.
