At around 2:30 am, a security guard at Tianyue Plaza, Yuanzhou Street, Changsha Bay reported that a shop had been exposed to red oil while patrolling. Police came to understand the incident and found that the shops involved mainly sold game cards, and their glass windows were stained with red oil. The case is classified as "criminal destruction" and follow-up is under way to understand the motive of the murderer to destroy the shop.
