Photo: MDA, Edit: Amit SimchaA 48-year-old worker was killed on Sunday at a concrete pump site construction site on Kiryat Gat. He was spotted by a MDA team with a head injury, with no signs of life, and his death was determined at the scene.
"When we arrived on the scene, we saw a man lying next to a concrete pump on its side," MDA paramedic Yisrael Ben-Yehuda said.
