This coming Tuesday will end in December, packed with many culinary events such as Chanukah desserts and Christmas markets, and there's no better way to end the holiday, and 2019 in general, with New Year's celebrations across the country. On the occasion of the festive event, quite a few restaurants and bars come out with special menus or special events that combine a meal and a party.
According to the Zap Rest website, over the last year there has been a 40% increase in New Year's Eve table bookings compared to last year, with the most popular restaurants being the meat restaurants. The delivery sector also saw a surprising increase in double the number of orders compared to normal days. The average diner in the Tel Aviv area ranges from NIS 280 to NIS 500, in Jerusalem from NIS 160 to NIS 230 and in the North from NIS 130 to NIS 220.
