An official source at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants confirmed that the Syrian Arab Republic condemns in the strongest terms the treacherous American criminal aggression that led to the martyrdom of Major General Qassem Soleimani, commander of the Quds Force in the Iranian Revolutionary Guard, Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis, deputy chief of the Popular Mobilization Forces, and a number of crowd cadres, which constitutes a dangerous escalation of conditions in Region.
The source said that this treacherous aggression amounting to the methods of criminal gangs reaffirms the responsibility of the United States of America for the instability witnessed by brotherly Iraq in the context of its policies aimed at creating tensions and fueling conflicts in the countries of the region with the aim of dominating them and enabling the usurping Zionist entity to extend its control over Region.
