The Mayor, Engineer Salim Saqr, in a statement to SANA, pointed out that several landslides occurred in the lands between the municipality of Fadio and the municipalities of Al-Sulfatiya and Mazar Al-Qatari as a result of the heavy rains, indicating that about 7 dunums of houses and mudajeen were completely lost at depths between 3 and 10 meters, which led to the damage of the residential building With domesticated.
The police authorities concerned are following up, commissioned by the Governor of Latakia, Ibrahim Al-Salem, who inspected the damages with the police chief, Major General Nabil Al-Ghajri, to organize and limit the damages to the landslides and their causes.
