Costa Rica rejects US travel warning

The government of Costa Rica described as "unfair and disproportionate" the decision of the United States to raise the security alert to travel to this Central American country. The Ministry of Tourism says that the adjustment made from this week is surprising because it equates Costa Rica with countries on the continent that are among the most violent in the world.
