Toddler parents released a statement on the afternoon following the defense's request. Nicole Daniel said on behalf of the parents that: "I hope the reason was consulted on the moral conscience of Attorney Dimari who appeared after several months and an understanding of the severity of his actions. Hope this indicates the severity of the acts and that it is sickening that the defendant does not express remorse, and as the court itself has defined, every human photographer has lost. "
