Representing Mr. President Bashar Al-Assad, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Walid al-Muallem arrived in the Omani capital, Muscat, to offer condolences on the death of Sultan Qaboos, Sultan of Oman who passed away on Friday evening at the age of 79.
Minister Al-Moallem is scheduled to meet tomorrow, Sultan Haitham bin Tariq bin Taimur Al Said, to condole the late Sultan Qaboos bin Saeed.
