Until now, Nicolas B. was temporarily suspended by his hierarchy. In the administrative judgment signed by the president of Sdis during this suspension, the firefighter is accused of "having committed a serious fault", and that "in the interest of the service, it is necessary that he be temporarily suspended of his functions ”.

In an open letter to the President of the Republic Emmanuel Macron dated Monday, October 21, the firefighters' lawyers called for the mercy of the Head of State: "We know it is from you that orders will come the level of sanction to be applied for the comments he made, ”they wrote in particular.
