The body of this Moldovan national was found in a car parked in another district of the city than that where the drama occurred.

Murder in Little Moldova. A 33-year-old man of this nationality and unknown to the police was shot twice in the chest on the night of Sunday to Monday in Villeneuve-Saint-Georges. The shots were fired from Chemin des Pêcheurs near the many makeshift sheds.

It was a 14-year-old girl who discovered the body this Monday shortly before noon. He was in the back of a Peugeot 407 parked in the rue des Vignes, in another part of the city. The keys were still on contact. One of the rear windows was open and the doors were not locked.

The body was transported

The body was most likely transported, presumably by someone close to the victim, before being left in the vehicle. No suspect has yet been arrested as part of this investigation into intentional homicide entrusted to the SDPJ 94.

It is one o'clock in the morning when a fight breaks out between several individuals in small Moldova. A neighbor is in the front row. Then he hears a cry: "Drop your gun!" ". An order which apparently has not been followed. Right after, two shots are fired.

Problem: nobody alerts the police, according to a police source. However, the victim's partner reportedly reported her disturbing disappearance later that night.

"We do not favor any lead," said a source close to the investigation. That of settling accounts will be explored like others. It is possible that this murder took place against the backdrop of a brawl between communities or even within the same Moldovan community. But it is of course far too early to say. ”

In the area inhabited by the victim, a strong Moldovan community lives in precarious conditions. For more than a year, the police officers of Villeneuve-Saint-Georges have multiplied operations in collaboration with other state services to convict the sleep merchants who rent several hundred euros per month illegally these plots belonging to them.
