Photo: Reuters, Edit: Amit SimchaBritish Prince William and his younger brother Prince Harry on Monday denied media coverage of their murky relationship ahead of the palace's emergency conference to determine the future of Harry and his American wife Megan Markle. According to a report published yesterday in The Times, which was based on an anonymous source, Harry and Megan were pushed aside because of William's "bully" approach to Megan, which he did not accept to the family.
"Despite the clear denials, a false story was published today in a British paper on the relationship between the Duke of Sussex and the Duke of Cambridge," said a statement issued by William's offices, third in line to the British Crown, and Harry, sixth in line. "The use of abusive language in this way is aggressive and may hurt, for two siblings who care so much about issues related to mental health issues."

Harry and Megan's dramatic announcement from last week that they are seeking a more "progressive role" in the palace while dividing their time between Britain and North America has since occupied the kingdom and the entire world. The two, who married in a magnificent ceremony in May 2018 in front of hundreds of millions of viewers from around the world, did not consult with Queen Elizabeth or other senior family members when they dropped the bomb. Since then, Megan has traveled to Canada, where their son, Prince Archie, lives.
The affair overshadowed the coverage of the Barracks in the Kingdom, about two weeks before the EU's retirement date. Prime Minister Boris Johnson said today he refuses to address the issue. "I do not comment on issues related to the royal family," he said.
