The Bolivian government announced that it will initiate criminal proceedings against Evo Morales for his statements, from Buenos Aires, in which he referred to the organization of "armed militias of the people." Faced with this, the Bolivian Foreign Ministry urged the Argentine government not to allow the former president to "make calls for violence." For its part, the Argentine Foreign Ministry indicated that it will evaluate its response.
