The US House of Representatives announced its intention to vote tomorrow on the decision to refer formal accusations to President Donald Trump as part of his accountability to the Senate, thus taking another step towards the latter's trial.
Reuters quoted House of Representatives member Henry Quilar as saying today that House Speaker Nancy Pelosi will also announce during the voting session the names of the team of Democratic directors who will head the prosecution in Trump's trial.
Cuellar pointed out that the vote, which will take place tomorrow, Wednesday, will allow the Senate to start the trial as soon as possible, this week.
Pelosi confirmed yesterday that the hearings in the investigation into Trump's accountability reached sufficient evidence to isolate him in the Senate's trial.
