But Hermione didn't have her passport and couldn't board the flight. While several foreign governments evacuate their citizens to contain the lethal coronavirus, some others have lagged behind. CNN's David Culver spoke with some of the US citizens who stayed in Wuhan after a plane hired by the United States government mainly allowed embassy personnel to leave the epicenter of the outbreak.
