An F-18 aircraft of the Spanish Air Force is accompanying the Air Canada plane with technical problems that are preparing to land at the Madrid-Barajas airport , as confirmed by Europa Press sources from the Executive.
The reason why the F-18 is flying near flight AC837 is to try to better check the possible failure of the device and help as much as possible.
The Air Canada plane took off from the Madrid airport to Tororonto, but after checking that it had technical problems it is burning fuel before returning to Barajas to land.
