Magistrate's Court Judge Esther Crief, charged in the affair of Nephi, was questioned on suspicion of being elected for the position due to improper personal contact with Finance Minister Moshe Kahlon - this evening (Monday) was published in News 13 and "The Hottest Place in Hell". The suspicion arose as a result of the Wattsap correspondence between the two, which Crief quickly wiped out when the investigation began.

Sharif said she met Kahlon, who also served as a member of the Judiciary Committee, during her candidacy. According to News 13, during a meeting, Kahlon called the chair of the Bar and made it clear that he supported her appointment. The correspondence between the two was also published, which the police were able to recover.

In another statement, the judge wrote to the minister: "Thank you very much for the trust you gave me in the first place. There is no way I will disappoint you. In every sense possible. Kisses. Love you."

In another post, Krief wrote: "Hi, I thought to myself if you get the chance to move around on your way to the celebration of the finances. After Kahlon writes to Kreif that "it is a great idea but unfortunately it will not be possible", she replied: "Too bad. I am alone tonight and really wanted to lift the burden of sight."

She said, she told researchers, "it's emotional." I will not disappoint, "meaning I will always be a good, professional judge. It's me that my writing style is warm and embracing, that may have been the problem." On other posts, Reef explained that "there is no connotation for something unethical and sexist. Finance Minister Moshe Kahlon's office said in response: "All relevant information was provided to the competent bodies."

Justice Esther Sharif said, "Honorable Justice Sharif acted as a candidate for the law and in law. In fact, there was no criminal involvement in the case. The deletion of correspondence with him does not constitute any offense and is intended to preserve his privacy and prevent its trampling."

As part of the "Sex for Appointments" affair, police investigated a suspicion that Attorney Naveh had acted and activated others, in his capacity and position as the bureau's chairman, to advance Judge Sharif's candidacy for judgment, in parallel with a relationship he had with her. The Central District Attorney's Office announced in December that it would consider prosecuting Naveh for bribery and fraud and breach of trust, and Sharif for bribery and evidence-based offenses, subject to a hearing.
