A 48-year-old man with a gunshot wound was arrested on charges of having participated in the assault on the branch of the National Bank of Isidro Casanova where the cashier Germán Chávez was killed (31).
Police sources reported on Monday to the Télam agency about the first arrest, while the strike that the Banking Association, the union headed by Sergio Palazzo, scheduled for “all day” at the branches of Banco Nación and during the first two hours was being fulfilled in the rest of the banking entities. Germán Chávez Torrez (31), an employee of the National Bank of Isidro Casanova and bassist of the band "Furtivos", was killed in an assault on the branch.

The three criminals, including the injured, had escaped in gray Renault Fluence where at least one accomplice was waiting for them.
That car was found a few blocks from the bank robbed, at the junction of Pujol and Segundo Sombra, where they got on a Volkswagen Surán. Then, they lost track of them until Monday that the first arrest was given.
