The woman of Córdoba created a typical alfajor of the region, but with a particularity: it is salty and stuffed with chicken . His idea became furor in social networks and some users considered it controversial.

In the town of Nono , in the Traslasierra Valley , it is the first hours of the afternoon. Miryam seems to be unable to supply. " I am 55 years old, but I work as if I were 25, " reveals Clarín, the protagonist of the story, who owns Ave Fénix, a family business that sells Milanese sanguches, crumbs and now the famous alfajores. In appearance, it is identical to the Cordovan alfajor, says the woman. "I put grated cheese on the edges to mimic the coconut of conventional alfajores," he replies. And the ingredients? They are not a mystery: it has crushed chicken, scallions, spices, salt and pepper .

After trying his creation for the first time, he went out on the sidewalk with the alfajores and there was his neighbor: "'I'm going to make you try something,' I said and he loved it. He told me he thought it was delicious. That was a huge joy. " clarifies. In addition to the chicken alfajor, it offers beef, kid and a vegan option of sweet pepper, mushrooms and eggplant .

On Twitter, the user @alfajorperdido published Miryam's story and the impact was enormous. While some users congratulated her and warned that they would be encouraged to try it, others failed her: "The churro de roquefort was banking me but this is already too much," replied @ floresdeagosto2.
