Two mortar shell launches were identified Wednesday evening from the Gaza Strip to Israeli territory. As a result of the launches, the appliance was triggered in open areas only. This is what the IDF spokesman said.
This is the continuation of tensions in the south, after earlier the flow of Molotov cocktails from the Gaza Strip continued. The Eshkol Regional Council avoided a disaster after a tractor working in one of the agricultural fields in the area was prevented at the last moment from mounting a bundle of balloons and cargo that landed in the field. In addition, a suspicious bundle was found in Sderot, and at the same time another one was found near Moshav Kalahim, which is located in the area of the Merhavim Regional Council.

Police arrived and as usual, closed the arenas until the terrorists treated the suspects. Police have issued a special message to the public in recent times: "We are reminding the public that any suspected object should be immediately reported to the Israeli police. The object must not be touched and curious until the police arrive at the scene. Police terrorists are authorized to handle suspicious objects. And they have professional protection hunting and are suitable for that.
At the same time, at the end of security consultations, it was decided to reduce fishing space in the Gaza Strip from 15 to 10 nautical miles until further notice. The reason for this is the resumption of rocket fire and the firing of balloons from the Gaza Strip into the territory of the State of Israel. The decision was made in light of the repeated acts of terrorism that violate Israeli sovereignty. A spokesman for the PA said: "Hamas is responsible for everything that is done in and out of the Gaza Strip towards Israel, and it will carry the consequences of violence against Israeli citizens."

Last night, near midnight, three rockets were fired from the Gaza Strip towards the local councils of the Negev regional council and Netivot. All rockets crashed in open areas and the Iron Dome system was not activated. Shortly thereafter, the IDF attacked Hamas positions west of Khan Yunis.
