At about 3.34 am on Friday (14th), a violent collision occurred between an urban taxi and a truck at the intersection of Yuanhe Road and Fotan Road. The accident caused five people to bathe in blood. Among them, the left part of the taxi head was shoveled into the bottom of the truck. The whole car was severely damaged and deformed.
A large number of firefighters rushed to the rescue and the hospital also sent a medical team to assist the rescue. Firefighters saw open the roof of the taxi and rescued and trapped the four injured people. Among them, the taxi driver had died and was taken to the Prince of Wales Hospital in Sha Tin. Witnesses said the taxi suspected that the floodlight caused a tragedy, and police are investigating the cause of the accident.
