A number of mercenaries of the Saudi army army were killed and others were wounded, as the Yemeni army and the popular committees frustrated an attempt to infiltrate into the Asir sector.
Al-Masirah Net website quoted a military source as saying that "the Yemeni army heroes and the popular committees managed to thwart two infiltration attempts by the Saudi army mercenaries from two tracks in the Al-Sharqiyah district, which led to the death and injury of their ranks."
The Yemeni army and the popular committees yesterday failed to crawl the forces of the Saudi aggression towards sites they control in the gates of iron in the Asir region, two sites killed and wounded in their ranks.
