According to the mythical Carmel diaries, in 1965 the citizens of the state were confident that they were predicting the longest, most tedious and miserable election campaign of all.
Many are convinced that today the society is more divided and they dwell on past memories of the country's early years. So here is a reminder of what the Sixth Knesset election campaign looked like in November 1965.
