Guo Jiaqi: Can cause campers to infect each other

LCSD emphasises that campers are all low-risk persons without symptoms of infection
In the light of the above, the LCSD stated that if Hong Kong residents returning to the Mainland from Hong Kong have no symptoms, have not had close contact with a confirmed person, or have not visited Hubei Province within 14 days before arriving in Hong Kong, they are at a lower risk. If they cannot arrange a place to stay in Hong Kong, they need to stay in temporary accommodation facilities arranged by the government, such as the Sai Kung Outdoor Recreation Centre (Centre), for compulsory quarantine. They are all low-risk individuals, as they were confirmed to have no fever and had no symptoms before they were referred to the temporary centre.
After check-in, the department will hold briefing sessions to remind them to wear masks frequently and pay attention to their health conditions, including taking their own body temperature every day and recording the symptoms on their personal health forms. The quarantine person notices physical discomfort and must immediately notify the center staff. The staff of the center will also inspect the site to remind campers to keep a distance from others. In addition, since the center is designed as a group camp, each floor has shared toilets and bathroom facilities. During the quarantine period, the cleaning staff of the center will strengthen Cleanliness to ensure that facilities are clean and hygienic and to reduce the risk of mutual infection between quarantine persons.
