A cool northeast monsoon is affecting Guangdong.
Weather: Hong Kong is generally cloudy today. There were light rain or two in the beginning. It was clear in the afternoon and the temperature ranged from 17 to 21 degrees. The wind eased to a fresh east wind, and at first, strong winds were blowing from the shore.
Observatory's outlook: The weather will be warm in the next two or three days, and there will be fog along the coast in the morning and evening; it will be slightly cooler in the middle of next week.
