Daniel Scioli presented his resignation from his bank after the quorum scandal in the Chamber of Deputies

After the scandal that he caused when he presented himself to guarantee the quorum in the Chamber of Deputies to give half-penalty to the reform of privilege pensions, Daniel Scioli presented on Thursday the resignation of his bank and awaits the latest formalities to start working as new Ambassador to Brazil

Scioli wrote the letter to leave the legislative body in the last hours and sent it to the president of the lower house, Sergio Massa. The letter was received at 12:30 at the entrance table of the Legislative Palace and formalizes its immediate withdrawal.

"My decision is based on the fact that in the next few days I will assume as Argentine ambassador to the Federative Republic of Brazil," the former Buenos Aires governor argued through that text.

The letter with which Daniel Scioli resigned from his bank in Deputies.

As Clarín learned, Scioli finally decided to leave his post in the Legislative Power after completing the health exams in recent days and submit the documentation requested to assume as ambassador.

"The next thing is to wait for the decree of appointment as ambassador to come out. Only after that he will travel and will present the credentials in Brazil," they explained in their environment.
