Saudi Arabia's network quoted one of Iran's top media outlets as eulogizing Islam. Like other seniors who died of the virus, authorities did not announce the details of Sheikhla Islam, in order to avoid further contagion as a result of the mass funeral.

Sheikh Islam is not the only senior to be announced today. Fatma Rehber, a freshman from the conservative wing of the regime, died today as a result of the virus, local media outlets in the capital Tehran declared. Another parliamentary member of the capital, Sahara Elihan, declared that the virus had been infected.

The party also joins the granddaughter of Iranian Islamist regime founder Ruhalla Khomeini. Lila Brogardi, the granddaughter of the religious leader of the Islamic Revolution announced that she had become ill in Corona and asked the public to pray for her.

Meanwhile, Iran's senior epidemiologist Masood Mardani has warned today that if no significant change is made to the plague, 30-4 percent of Tehran's citizens may be infected with the virus.

In an interview with the country's media outlets, the doctor, the head of the Infectious Disease Control Commission in the country, said that by the end of March, between five and seven percent of the capital's population is expected to be over 750,000 people.

Iran's health system is already beginning to show signs of distress in dealing with a large number of patients, and various media outlets in the country have reported that patients with non-corona and non-life-threatening illnesses have been refused treatment and sent home to "treat themselves."
