The Justice issued on Friday a new order of perimeter restriction so that Fabián Tablado, who in 1996 killed 113 stabbers his girlfriend Carolina Aló in Tigre and served his sentence with almost 24 years in prison, can not approach within 500 meters Edgardo Aló, the father of the victim, said judicial sources.

The measure was dictated by the judge of Family 2 of Tigre, Silvia Sendra, the same one that had already imposed for Tablado (44) a perimeter so that he did not approach his ex-wife or his daughters and who to monitor him placed an ankle brace electronics.

In addition, the magistrate ordered that the former convict take a course for "men who exercise violent behavior in the couple."

"It is also expressly forbidden to the accused, to approach less than five hundred (500) meters from the domicile or place of work of the complainant, even in his absence, under the warning of applying the corresponding sanctions," says the ruling.

Sendra also ordered Tablado "to refrain from acts of violence, disruption or intimidation, by any means (telephony, Internet, using third parties, etc.)".

The resolution also confirmed that Tablado returned to live in the house where he killed his girlfriend almost 24 years ago, since the second point ordered "to notify the person at his home on Calle Albarellos 348 de Tigre", where they always continued to live their parents and where on May 27, 1996 he committed the femicide of the 113 stabs.

In addition, the judge imposed on Tablado the obligation to attend a hearing in his courthouse "any business day at 8, within 48 hours of being notified."

The perimeter was imposed for "180 days from its notification to both parties and will be extendable in the event that the situation denounced lasts."

As an extra measure, Judge Sendra also ordered that Tablado concur in Tigre to the "Psychoeducational Program for Men who Exercise Violent Behaviors in the Couple" and to accredit "within 48 hours their attendance, requesting for that purpose in the body a certificate of assistance".

Speaking to Télam, Aló said that beyond being "in agreement" with the measure, he analyzes to present next week another request so that the perimeter "is for 50 or 100 kilometers, something of which there is already a record".

Judge Sendra's resolution is the answer to an argument that Aló himself had presented on February 27 - a day before his daughter's murderer regained freedom - with a letter in the perimeter request that protects him and also to his ex-wife and son , something that the magistrate did not solve because they must make a separate presentation.

A week after leaving prison, Tablado added a second perimeter, since the same judge of Familia de Tigre notified him Friday that he was forbidden to approach less than 300 meters from the residence of his ex-wife , Susana Villarejo - with whom He married in prison in 2007, then separated and threatened with death, which was worth another conviction - and his 11-year-old twin daughters.

Even, the judge arranged for Tablado an electronic ankle brace to monitor it 24 hours a day and got Villarejo to voluntarily place the same device so that in case one approaches the other, the alarms are activated.

On Tuesday there was a false alarm when Villarejo was caught about 200 meters from Tablado's home, but it was confirmed that it was a false alarm because the woman had gone to the dentist.

The crime of Carolina Aló (17), one of the most resonant cases in Argentine criminal history, occurred on May 27, 1996 in the house of the Tablado family.

After having sex and arguing out of jealousy, Tablado, then 20 years old, chased his girlfriend through various rooms in the house and killed her with 113 stabs.

In 1998, he was sentenced to 24 years in prison for "simple homicide" but in 2013 he added a second conviction for threatening his ex-wife and his mother-in-law and was unified with a single sentence of 26 years and six months that should be exhausted at the end of 2022.

For the benefit of the repealed Law of "2x1" and the courses he did in prison as "educational stimulus", the calculation of the sentence was reduced and the penalty was terminated on February 28, when he left Unit 21 of Campana.
