Israeli police opened an investigation Thursday on suspicion of raping a 23-year-old woman in Tel Aviv, apparently by a man posing as a taxi driver.
Investigative evidence shows that the young woman left yesterday, near midnight from a party in the Tel Aviv exhibition grounds where she boarded a car that looked like a taxi.
The driver drove her to the area via Menachem Begin near the locksmith street in Tel Aviv and there, on suspicion of raping her.
