These independent young girls used to handle these tools before the closure of their establishments. They "have become almost systematic, at least in middle and high schools ", confirms Philippe Vincent, secretary general of SNPDEN-Unsa. With a big downside: these digital tools usually serve mainly as electronic text books for evening homework.

Not all teachers fill them out. And technophile teachers preparing documents and videos remain a minority, such as Philippe Watrelot, professor of economics at the Jean-Baptiste-Corot high school in Savigny-sur-Orge (Essonne).
