There are cleaners cleaning the main entrance of the building. Ms. Gong, a resident who lives in the same building as the middle-level unit in Hengtai Building, pointed out that someone from the Housing Department went to her unit to check the canals and pipes for about half an hour and took pictures. Ms. Gong also said that if the government requires the same seat to be isolated from the residents, "there is no way, it's all for our own safety." She also said that if you leave the unit tonight, you will have nowhere to stay, and you will wash the floor with bleach.

The patient at Heng Tai House, Fu Heng Estate, Tai Po was a 59-year-old man. He was diagnosed with case No. 140 in Hong Kong. The patient lived with his wife and son. He had problems with his lumbar bones. Most of the time he stayed home or went to a fast food restaurant for breakfast. Some Salvation Army will deliver meals for him. The patient started coughing on the 10th of this month, went to the Wells Hospital for X-rays, and took a taxi to the emergency department of the Nethersole Hospital on the 12th of this month. A deep throat saliva sample was taken and tested yesterday, and the diagnosis is confirmed to this day.

Zhang Zhujun, director of the Department of Infectious Diseases of the Center for Health Protection of the Department of Health, said that the patient and the couple who had been diagnosed by the Egyptian tour group earlier (cases 119 and 124) lived in unit 13 facing the same block of Hengtai Building. Zhang Zhujun said that he was worried about this case, and that the government's inter-departmental team will come to Fuheng Village to find out how to resolve the infection. Zhang Zhujun pointed out that the residents diagnosed in the two units did not know each other, and would understand environmental factors including whether the unit's hoses were installed in sequence or whether three people had contacted such as in the elevator.

The same seat in the Kangmei Building was confirmed to 4 people in the two units.

The incident is reminiscent of the case of Kangmei Building, Changkang Village, Tsing Yi. Last month, four residents living in Room A07 on the 3rd and 13th floors of the building were diagnosed successively. Among them, the unit in Room A307 had changed the toilet pipe, and the exhaust pipe was broken. The materials were sealed but loose. Lu Qingquan, Assistant Director of the Housing Department, stated at the time that gas from the sewage system would not be allowed to enter the unit through the location.

In the early morning of last month, the Department of Health evacuated about 100 residents from all A07 rooms in the building and received quarantine. After testing for the new coronavirus, all 101 samples were negative. The residents returned home 4 days later (15th).
