During a first restricted Council of Ministers this Tuesday, the Head of State called above all the members of his government to a "duty of exemplarity" . No free pass to move. No tests to which the French would not have access ... For security reasons, only five ministers were physically invited. The others - including two affected by the Covid-19 - will have followed the meeting from their home: “It's a good start! But in some places the video has skipped, ” testifies a minister.
