The number of infections in Israel in the Corona virus has skyrocketed to 433 • The head of public health services, Professor Sigal Sedamaki, explained that the increase in the number of infections was due to significant progress in the amount of tests • Interior Minister Arden: "The possibility of a complete closure must be prepared, it is an inevitable decision"

Meir Medical Center reports another patient in serious condition, aged 69, who suffers from background illness - thus the number of severely ill patients in the country rises to six. Meir Hospital also reported that 26 patients were hospitalized in the Special Corona Treatment Department, three of which were released to the hotel. The total number of patients now stands at 427.

As part of the Corona Crisis Office briefing, Sadecki said there were 102 new patients from yesterday, up from 65 the day before. However, Sadecki emphasizes that "we are not talking about a proportional increase in the number of patients, but rather, it is the number of tests that has increased significantly. Two days ago, we had less than a thousand tests, and yesterday they were 2150." In addition, Sadecki explains that the number of labs is also increasing. "Yesterday, nine labs were operating, yesterday, 17 and three more classes will be added today."

Sadecki added, "We are in a condition that the patients call in an unknown community. Some fear it is tens, hundreds or three thousand. I don't think we have reached ten thousand patients. If we got there we would see mortality. There is no reason for the disease here to behave differently than the rest. the world".

In addition, Sadecki admitted that there was a shortage of test cartridges. "The gnomes are definitely a problem. We work in all arenas to get the gnomes. Yesterday I am more optimistic that we will be able to get the number of gnomes needed, but until I see in the eyes I will not be calm."

At the same time, during a telephone call by all the heads of internal security bodies that took place last Tuesday, Minister Ardan instructed the police and the internal security bodies to prepare for a decision to go beyond full closure, which the Minister estimates may be due in the coming days.

Minister Arden urged that he be urgently presented with a detailed plan for the implementation of a resolution that the full closure would be imposed throughout the state, under which only essential workers would be allowed out of their homes and the rest of the citizens would be allowed out for equipping or receiving medical care only. In such a situation, the police will be responsible for the enforcement of the quarantine, while the Home Front Command will provide citizens in need of essential products.

Minister Arden said: "The decision to move to full quarantine is a very difficult decision, but in the resulting situation it is inevitable, and that it is best to take difficult short-term measures to beat the Corona in the shortest possible time and prevent deaths."
