Julien Aubert urges Macron to generalize the tests

For the deputy LR of Vaucluse, the French government should have taken the decision to use chloroquine massively.


In a letter sent this Monday to the Élysée Palace, of which Le Figaro reveals the exclusive content, Julien Aubert questions the Head of State on his "health strategy" against the coronavirus. The deputy LR of Vaucluse recognizes the “undeniable advantage” of confinement, but warns the President of the Republic faced with a situation “which cannot last beyond a few weeks without tripling of our economy, our freedoms and to the psychological balance of the French.

Based on the recommendations of the microbiologist Didier Raoult, director of the Institut hospitalo universitaire Universitaire Infection in Marseille, the parliamentarian formulates three questions. All refer to subjects directly linked to the health crisis: the scientific advice guiding the choices of the executive, the deployment of screening and treatment with chloroquine.
