Fleischer says: "Older people who do not have an Internet can handle all banking transactions via the telephone hotline 089/2 16 70 as soon as they can be activated for it."

The Stadtsparkasse has drawn up an emergency plan. It benefits her that last year she equipped all employees with a tablet computer, says Fleischer. "This ensures that business operations can continue even in the worst case."
